My family and I were visiting Florida from Washington D.C. We had called Gator's ahead of time regarding a certain request. We decided to go dine at this certain location because I had previously lived in the area and wanted to see the new developments. Unfortunately, this meant we had to drive an hour to go there from our hotel. Upon our arrival, I was told that what I had been told regarding our request was a mistake. Of course, I was not happy and walked out. I went outside to my family to give them the bad news. Coby, the manager at the time, ended up coming out and apologizing for the mistake and was more than accommodating to us. After working in the restaurant business for over 15 years, it is always a pleasure to see management go above and beyond to take care of a customers needs. Amber our server was more than pleasant and our experience was amazing. You know you have a good management team on your hands when they can take a guest who is unhappy in the beginning and have them ecstatic about their visit when they leave. Oh and the Cobb Salad was delicious!

It's a Gators Dockside. It is a chain. That doesn't mean that you will be dissappointed. Saint Cloud has a pluthera of Sports Bars to choose from, but this will be my favorite of the bunch for the foreseeable future. The menu has variety, the place has an open clean feel, there are T.V.s everywhere, awesome drink specials!! (my margarita for happy hour was less than 4$), and some arcade games with the requisite claw machine for the kids. They have two bars, one inside and then one with an indoor side and outdoor side that has a patio too!! Some of the servers are new to the profession as far as I could tell, but they were trying very hard. The food came out quick and the drinks were cold :) They opened this past Tuesday. We'll be back!

This is a good addition to St. Cloud's limited choices of restaurants. My first visit here was two weeks ago. It was packed on a Thursday, after 1PM. I guess everyone was excited to try out the newest addition to town, and that was the first week of opening. Our food came out late, but it was good, and our server was very attentive and made sure we received all the modifications (or add-ons) we wanted. Then I went back to this restaurant yesterday evening with co-workers for happy hour. We got there before 5pm, and was able to be seated right away. Our drinks and food arrived in a reasonable amount of time, but still rather slow. Our server was pretty pleasant, but the young man who delivered our entrees definitely needed more training on good customer service. I ordered 10pcs of grilled wings in Scooter Sauce, Extra Wet. When my food arrived, it didn't look "Extra Wet" to me. So I asked the young man who delivered my food for extra sauce. He said my wings already looked very wet to him. OH NO!!! First rule of great customer service in a restaurant: Ensure your customers are happy with how their food look upon delivery! And acknowledge your customer's requests! There are a couple of other restaurants in St. Cloud that serve good chicken wings and drinks. I'm still gonna come back to Gators next time. Perhaps they would've trained ALL their staff members well by then. Don't let me down then, Gators!!! Perhaps you'll earn your 5th star next time.

Stopped in for an impromptu Saint Patrick's Day dinner. I probably shouldn't have but I had the fried pickles and OMG, amazeballs! I ordered the Turkey Muffaletta, gators homemade spinach and artichoke dip, grilled turkey breast and tomato pressed with swiss and parmesan on pita bread and the onion petals. It was ok, I think I expected it to be cheesier. I only had a quarter of it because I filled up on everything fried. I will have the rest of it for lunch tomorrow. We also ordered a pitcher of Bud Light for $6.99 and since it was Tuesday 2 for 1, it was only $3.50! Whaaaaa?! Score! It was also kids eat free night' so my son's hot dog was free. I appreciated that they had the hot dog on the menu, which my son actually ate! Whoop whoop! My husband had the mac and cheese burger, which he devoured! I think it was good, he didn't even offer me a bite, so rude! It was a cool and comfortable atmosphere. Lots of TV's, a few arcade games, awesome bar, awesome deals on adult beverages. The service was good too. I'd go back.

Was a little sketchy about coming here after reading Foursquare reviews off my boyfriends phone, but I'm so glad we ignored them & came in and on a Tuesday. Apparently on Tuesday, it is buy one get one free (alcohol drinks) My boyfriend and I got draft beers (yuengling and Sam Adams summer ale), and margaritas with patron, ($10 for two 27 ounce margaritas)! We also did appetizers, the ahi tuna and gator tators, they were so delicious! We saw reviews that said otherwise, but we experienced it and definitely enjoyed every bite. Our server, Zion, made our first experience great! He was attentive, personable, and pleasant. Will definitely come back with friends and family!

Gator Dockside, Saint Cloud, FL Visited this establishment Monday, May 11 around dinner time. Ever since the place opened, it's been pretty packed and busy. So yesterday was the perfect day to stop by. They have free valet parking and plenty of parking spots. We were greeted and seated promptly. Our drink order was taken and a different waitress came to assist us. I think her name is Jen. She was friendly, polite and very professional. She gave us a few suggestions to try. we ordered Ahi tuna, gator tail fritters, baked potato soup and a blue n bacon burger. The food was brought to our table in less than 20 minutes!! Big portions too. Our waitress was super attentive, on top of our drink orders and asking if we needed any help. The food: it was just ok. There was nothing special. Theand pricey. Those few things we ordered were about $50 no tip included. Would we go back? Not really.

Great meal wings and tacos great. Waitress very good. Just don't sit at bar they keep the door to kitchen open and they could clean the floor inside that you can see

Great casual "bar food" that would have received a "5 star" from me had the atmosphere been a little less "corporate". Prefer the hometown feeling that you get from the other "local" spots.

The should only stick to what they know. Do not eat anything that is not wings or fry.

Great for a place to sit and chat with friends, don't expect fast service. Food is alright, it's just Bar food! But great stop for beer.

1st time visit the restaurant is a sports bar environment it's noisy inside. The food was good will visit again . It's about $15 person with the tip and no alcohol. There's a good variety of menu items from seafood to burgers . A lot of appetizers to choose from. The food was well presented and was well above average. There were several tasty sauces with the meals.

I love Gators! It's one of those restaurants, where it doesn't matter what you get, it'll be good. They are very accommodating for small parties all the way to large parties. Servers are very friendly and know their menu. Best of all the drink specials are amazing!

Gator's Dockside is a good place to go have a drink and a few appetizers. Their food is very good as well. I had their fish platter, which turned out to be great. Way better than my expectations. I was there with a family of 5, which we were well accommodated. Staff was very friendly and were always making sure that we were OK. Liked the place a lot, will definitely go back.

The food is good, great bartenders but the coldest restaurant I have ever been in. The air conditioner must be on 60 all the time. The outside bar has fans blowing for he bugs( I get it) but it blows hard cold air. It is ridiculous. Bring ur winter clothes!
